Normally, we will have a quote to you within a business day unless it is a larger, more complex project which may take more time to review with our translators.

How long will it take to complete your actual translation project? For translation projects, we figure 1,500 to 2,000 words per business day. So, a 10,000 word document will normally take 5-7 business days. That will give you a rough estimate of how long it will take to complete your project with a minimum of two business days.

If you have a large project and need to reduce the time it takes to translate, one option would be to have a team of translators work on the document, with an editor reviewing the entire project for consistency.
